A long-overlooked corridor becomes a quiet place to pause. Original exposed brick and reclaimed wood beams transform into art, paying tribute to the building’s past, with slatted ceilings overhead and charcoal tile underfoot. Each step feels intentional; every surface speaks softly.

Inspired by "Wabi-Sabi", a philosophy closed tied to Japanese Culture. A teaching that sees beauty in imperfections, simplicity, and transience.

The open staircase rises through the 20-foot atrium like a sculptural meditation, its raw wooden treads bearing natural patina that speaks to materials aging gracefully.

The floating design allows light to filter through all three floors while the accent walls transform movement between levels into a mindful ritual, honoring both organic beauty and the profound power of carefully curated space.

The bathroom embraces Wabi-Sabi through weathered stone surfaces and natural ceramic tiles that celebrate their inherent imperfections, where each variation in texture and subtle irregularity reveals the authentic beauty of materials shaped by time. Minimal fixtures in aged bronze honor the philosophy of finding profound elegance in simplicity, creating a sanctuary where impermanence and imperfection become sources of quiet contemplation.

The penthouse bedroom flows seamlessly through floor-to-ceiling windows onto the terrace, where weathered stone and raw linen textures celebrate the philosophy that true beauty lies in natural aging and the passage of time.

The expansive glass invites ever-changing light and seasons to become part of the room's living character, dissolving boundaries between interior sanctuary and the authentic rhythms of the outside world.

Where abundant windows

invite the impermanent dance of light and shadow, wabi-sabi finds its truest expressionin the ever-changing beauty that no human hand could perfect.
