Sales
Brokerage, marketing and leasing — New York buyers first, Asia through channels of its own — from launch to closing.
YC Real Estate, a licensed New York brokerage, sells and leases what the firm builds — to buyers in New York through the usual channels, and to buyers across Asia through channels of its own, built over years. Marketing is produced in English, Traditional Chinese and Japanese by the firm's own team; the process works for a buyer across the street or twelve time zones away; and it reports weekly against the business plan.
The launch plan and pricing schedule; the marketing in all three languages, before launch; a weekly sales report — inquiries, contracts and closings against the absorption in the business plan — through sellout; or, where the plan calls for income, the leasing report in the same format.
Launch, in order.
Pricing, the offering plan and the marketing are ready before the first unit is shown. The sequence is set months ahead and run from one calendar.

Sold in New York, and across Asia.
Every project is marketed to New York buyers the way New York expects — listings, brokers, the building's own site — and, through the firm's own channels, to buyers across Asia. The campaign is written once for each readership, not translated: copy, floor plans, units of measure and the way a price is quoted are set for the market reading them.

And when the buyer is twelve time zones away.
A New York buyer closes the usual way. For a buyer who is not here, each step is set up so it can be done from Taipei, Tokyo or Hong Kong without travelling, with the New York side handled by the firm.
In the buyer's language, in the buyer's hours.
A live walk-through on video, or in person with the firm's team.
In writing, with the buyer's terms. An accepted offer goes straight to contract.
Reviewed by the buyer's New York counsel — introduced by the firm if needed — and signed remotely.
Deposit and balance wired from abroad; the timing of transfers planned with the buyer's bank.
By power of attorney. Title, keys and the first month's set-up handled by the firm.
Leasing or management through YC Real Estate, where the buyer wants it.
Sold, in writing, every week.
The sales report goes to the partner weekly from launch to sellout: inquiries, contracts and closings against the absorption curve in the business plan. Pricing is revised at the checkpoints the plan sets, not whenever a unit sells.
Weekly report
Inquiries by market, channel and language, showings, offers, contracts signed, closings — against the week the business plan expected them.
Pricing checkpoints
Set in the launch plan: at a stated share of units in contract, or a stated number of weeks. Changes are documented and approved, like a change order.
Sellout, or leasing
Where the plan calls for income rather than sale, YC Real Estate leases the building and reports occupancy and rent roll in the same weekly format.
